Warkworth School held a Funky Hat Day is order to fundraise for the Tamahunga Trappers on Friday 20 October.
The Tamahunga Trappers carry out pest control within the Tamahunga forest in order to enhance biodiversity successes for native species currently present, as well as future self-introductions and translocations.
Students and staff arrived in some amazing, creative and funky hats - The grand total is still being counted - but a rough estimate is over $500!
